OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO:

Operar maquina IS, asegurar que la producción cumpla con los estándares de calidad y requerimientos del cliente, monitorear que la maquina este en optimas condiciones.


Principales Funciones:

  • Operar maquina IS3.
  • Revisión de condiciones operativas de maquina.
  • Realizar cambios de moldura.
  • Realizar muestreo en caliente, registro de defectos en caliente y corrección de defectos.
  • Lubricación cíclica de moldura.
  • Llenado de bitácora.
  • Registro de condiciones de operaciones.
  • Llenado de formato check list 5's.

Requisitos:

  • Técnico en Maquinas y Herramientas, Técnico en mecánica, Técnico en Mecatrónica (Deseable).
  • Operar maquinas, sopladoras de vidrio, extrusoras de plástico, extrusoras de aluminio, laminadoras.
  • Manejo intermedio de Paquetería Office.
  • Lean Manufacturing.
