Your opportunity

  • Evaluate and improve machine safety conditions with suppliers for new machinery.
  • Support improvements on new or existing machinery when necessary.
  • Support investigation of production and quality issues using problem solving and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Evaluate suppliers and work with them on new machine building.
  • Work with Head of Department on Regional/Global Company Standards.
  • Support Process Designers on all automation related tasks for new machinery and supervise suppliers to use the Company's standards.
  • Plan and design new projects regarding new line startups or special projects.
  • Enforces and follows safety procedures, being attentive to unsafe behaviors or conditions, and taking necessary corrective actions.
  • Need to travel when necessary to supplier's locations including international trips.

Your personality

  • Electrical degree or similar studies
  • Experience working and programming PLC's/HMI
  • Read electrical schematics
  • Troubleshooting skills from interfaces or PLC/HMI codes
  • Industrial robotics experience (ABB, Fanuc, Motoman) is a plus
  • Experience working in Automotive Industry is a plus
  • Business English
