El analista intermedio de Administración de Productos es un puesto de nível intermedio responsable del desarrollo de planes, estrategias y tácticas de productos junto con el equipo de Gestión de Productos.
El objetivo general de este puesto es coordinar la promoción de productos para desarrollar nuevos mercados, aumentar la participación en el mercado y obtener una posición competitiva.
Responsabilidades:
- Asistir en el desarrollo y análisis de planes estratégicos, la mejora, el lanzamiento y la comercialización de productos para obtener el máximo beneficio de cada uno de estos, y revisar las encuestas y analizar los panoramas industriales competitivos a fin de identificar tendencias, amenazas y oportunidades relacionadas para gerentes de Productos.
- Participar en la gestión diaria de productos principales, como la entrega de productos, la experiência de los clientes y las estrategias de comunicación con los clientes; ayudar al equipo a priorizar, negociar y eliminar obstáculos para lograr resultados comerciales.
- Aplicar las propuestas de valor para los clientes, las estrategias de posicionamiento, segmentación, fijación de precios, objetivos y canales, y la diferenciación competitiva para alcanzar el estado preferido como socio de los clientes de Citi.
- Proporcionar orientación informal o capacitación en el trabajo a nuevos miembros del equipo
- Supervisar la investigación de mercado de competidores y clientes, elaborar un plan de innovación de productos y ayudar a los gerentes de Productos a abordar las pruebas fundamentales de mercantilización de productos para crear una serie avanzada de soluciones.
- Contribuir al logro de los objetivos de adquisición, el rendimiento financiero de los productos, el rendimiento de ganancias y los objetivos de administración de gastos; supervisar la identificación y puesta en práctica de oportunidades y planes comerciales para cubrir deficiencias.
- Implementar procedimientos de equipos, resoluciones de problemas con los clientes y la gestión de clientes.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia
Calificaciones:
- Entre 2 y 5 años de experiência relevante.
- Conocimiento de comercialización, crédito, adquisiciones, desarrollo de productos o análisis
- Capacidad para trabajar sin supervisión y ajustar las prioridades rápidamente según lo determinen las circunstancias.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y administrar plazos de entrega o cambios imprevistos en las expectativas o los requisitos.
- Demuestra una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa de manera constante.
- Habilidades analíticas demostradas.
- Habilidades comprobadas de toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas.
Educación:
- Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiência equivalente.
