AXA Partners México se encuentra en búsqueda de nuestro próximo Workforce Management Specialist

Objetivo del cargo:

Contribuir al logro de los objetivos de gestión en la compañía, asegurando el seguimiento, control y monitoreo del recurso humano en los procesos operativos para sus líneas de negocio, mediante el pronóstico de la demanda, planeación de personal que permitan garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores, programación de turnos y el control del desempeño diario

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar pronósticos de la demanda esperada en CC, a través de la evaluación de tendencias de tráfico históricos y ejecutando modelos para garantizar los níveles de servicio esperados en dirección de experiência al cliente.
  • Determinar la cantidad de recursos necesarios en la atención de la demanda a través de dimensionamientos de staff para distribuir de manera eficiente la fuerza de trabajo de acuerdo con las necesidades operativas.
  • Identificar desviaciones en el cumplimiento de los indicadores operativos (Adherencia, AHT, Ocupación) del CC analizando la información histórica y emitiendo informes que detonen el comportamiento de las plataformas.
  • Desarrollar un proceso de generación de horarios que asegure la capacidad de personal en cada uno de los rangos de la operación para cada una de las líneas de negocio y procurando la mayor adherencia al turno de cada uno de los agentes.
  • Elaboración de información del personal activo por franja horaria realizando una distribución del personal activo en función a su horario programado teniendo una medición del apego a la adherencia.
  • Lograr eficiencias en término de distribución de fuerza de trabajo en turnos y calendarios según las necesidades cambiantes y el entorno de la operación.
  • Evaluar y determinar la carga de trabajo adecuada que puede tener cada uno de los recursos de la compañía en términos de tiempo, capacitación, habilidad y disponibilidad.
  • Desarrollar una correcta medición individual de los agentes y medirla periódicamente (De acuerdo a la necesidad de cada línea de negocio) de tal manera que se asegure la productividad y la eficiencia de los recursos asignados a cada línea
  • Realizar presentaciones e informes de los resultados de la operación para compartir a los clientes y áreas de la compañía, evidenciando el comportamiento de indicadores y el efecto de los planes de acción realizados.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura (Económico
  • Administrativa o Ing. Industrial) terminada.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 años en la elaboración de pronósticos y distribución de fuerza de trabajo.
