Your Job
Develop robust Motan Material Feeding System installation & supplying process to production shop floor in order to maintain efficiency.

**What You Will Do

  • Maintain a safe work environment (5's).
  • Work with a focus on PBM culture.
  • Compliance with the quality system (BBS's and LPA's).
  • Reading and interpreting electrical drawings.
  • Install and commissioning new equipment (Material Drying & Feeding)
  • Measure and control of material flow through processs by software systems.
  • Development of work Instructions, procedures and flow charts for Motan System Area
  • Provide support to the production department to keep the KPI's within goal.
  • Diagnosis and provide solutions into material supply issues to production area.
  • Process equipment installation on molding machines integration.
  • Communication between interplant functional areas engineers.
  • Coordinate following Motan shop installation phases
  • Develop logistics with equipment suppliers in order to meet project schedule.
**Who You Are

  • Associate degree in Technical Field or 3+ years of experience in Injection molding.
  • 5+ years in Equipment Maintenance and Facilities.
  • High-Level knowledge in engineering software's systems.
  • Personnel management.
  • Experience en IATF audit.
  • Experience in Nylon and PBT resins.
  • Experience working with CAD or AutoCAD, SAP and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
  • Project Management Ability.
