Recibir y verificar que las facturas de los proveedores coincidan en sus términos con las órdenes de compra, y que acaten las nuevas modalidades y requisitos de facturación por parte de Hacienda.


  • Registrar en el sistema las facturas de los proveedores, y preparar la información necesaria para su pago.
  • Preparar semanalmente un registro de cheques y transferencias, y elaborar cheques de manera manual.
  • Revisar mensualmente los saldos (o balances) de las facturas de los proveedores.
  • Validar la información contable ingresada en el sistema.
  • Administrar los archivos PDF y XML de las facturas de los proveedores, para cumplir con el Anexo 24 de la contabilidad electrónica.
  • Dar seguimiento a las facturas que por alguna razón tienen discrepancias en la orden de compra o recibo de material, ya sea con el proveedor o el departamento de compras/ recibo.
  • Realizar conciliaciones de algunas cuentas del Balance General.
  • Ingresar pólizas contables en el sistema de la compañía.
  • Realizar funciones de tesorería.
  • Analizar algunas cuentas de gastos.
  • Ingresar pólizas contables de nómina.
  • Asistir a los auditores externos con los comprobantes solicitados.
  • Funciones de cierre de mes.
  • Apoyar en otras funciones de acuerdo a las necesidades del departamento.
