SECCIÓN I: DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL


El coordinador de centro familiar es responsable de crear y desplegar las estrategias de centro familiar y servicios al empleado y sus familias, que logren la experiência ideal a nuestros colaboradores, buscando lograr el enganche y la generación de valor de la experiência BRP, supervisando a la vez todas las actividades relacionadas a los servicios y eventos ofrecidos al personal y sus familias.


SECCIÓN II:

EXPERIENCIA Y EDUCACIÓN

  • Licenciatura en área afín (recursos humanos, administración, ingeniería industrial, psicología, etc.)
  • 5 años de experiência relacionadas al puesto.

SECCIÓN III:
CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y CERTIFICACIONES

  • Inglés avanzado/ español
  • Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Manejo de herramientas google y SAP (deseable)
  • Administración de presupuesto
  • Organización de eventos
  • Liderazgo y manejo de equipos
  • Administración de proyectos

SECCIÓN IV:

PRINCIPALES TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Crear y/o participar activamente en las estrategias que impacten el enganche y la voz de los empleados
  • Coordinar y asegurar la cobertura, disponibilidad y cumplimiento de los metricos de los servicios del centro familiar en los turnos y plantas bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Administración de presupuesto
bajo su cargo

  • Administrar, supervisar y optimizar la capacidad de los servicios ofrecidos a empleados y familiares, dentro y fuera de BRP, así como buscar la innovación de los mismos.
  • Organización, planeación y ejecución de eventos de reconocimiento y enganche en las plantas de su responsabilidad y multisitio cuando se requiera.
  • Estandarización de servicios y procesos a nível regional
  • Asegurar la experiência de los empleados y fomentar nuestros valores en todos los servicios y eventos del centro familiar.
  • Apoyar las iniciativas internas y estrategias de planta, CSR, HR, etc.
  • Administración y seguimiento a KPIs bajo su responsabilidad y planes de acción cuando se requiera.
  • Supervisión y desarrollo del equipo a su cargo, gestión de planes de desempeño y desarrollo.
  • Administración de proyectos
de mejora de sus procesos, espacios, servicios y eventos.

  • Asegurar y administrar el proceso de inducción y su mejora continua.
  • Participar en el cumplimiento del SGC (Sistema de Gestión de Calidad) determinadas para su función en relación con ISO9001:201
  • Cumplir con las reglas de seguridad determinadas de acuerdo a su función.
  • Cumplir en tiempo los entrenamientos planeados relacionados a Calidad y Entrenamiento.
  • Identificar e informar cualquier cuestión sobre la calidad y el cumplimiento y respaldar las acciones correctivas.
