Proven track record of developing and executing standardization and experience with having cross-functional responsibilities in a lean organization. The Engineer will plan, prioritize, set goals and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment.Strong communication skills to support meetings at all levels of the company, including senior leadership.
Establish partnerships both internally and externally should be able to influence without direct authority.
Show commitment and dedication in delivering a premier product to the consumer, represent the Voice of the Customer to the platform teams and contribute or drive team success by clarifying expectation and minimizing political hurdles.
