Buscamos a un(a) profesional con mucha energía, con pasión por la tecnología y con alta orientación al cumplimiento de objetivos de generación de demanda para desempeñar el cargo de Sales Development Representative (SDR).


¿Qué tendrás que hacer?
Este cargo tiene por objetivo prospectar, calificar y generar oportunidades de negocio al equipo de venta local, desarrollando de manera prolija la siguientes actividades:

  • Investigación e identificación de cuentas potenciales en el mercado para sumar al proceso de prospección Outbound.
  • Implementar acciones y campañas de prospección Outbound vía correo electrónico, redes sociales y teléfono sobre nuestra base de datos.
  • Realizar llamadas de manera consultiva para calificar las oportunidades entrantes (Inbound).
  • Ejecutar llamados telefónicos en frío para presentar Rankmi y generar potenciales oportunidades de negocio.
  • Agendar reuniones calificadas al equipo de ventas, con aquellas empresas donde existe una oportunidad de negocio real.
  • Completar y actualizar oportunamente toda la información relacionada al proceso de prospección, calificación e identificación de la oportunidad, en el CRM y otras plataformas de gestión.
  • Lograr consistentemente las metas semanales / mensuales de creación de reuniones calificadas y generación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Requisitos mínimos

  • Formación en carreras de Administración, Marketing, Negocios, Comercio o similar.
  • 2 años de experiência comprobable como SDR para negocios B2B (excluyente).
  • Residencia en Monterrey (excluyente)
  • Excelentes habilidades en venta de intangibles (negociación, manejo de objeciones y abordaje telefónico de prospectos).
  • Alta capacidad de autogestión, trabajo en equipo y orientación al cumplimiento de metas.
  • Experiência con uso de CRM (deseable Hubspot).
  • Experiência utilizando plataformas como Lusha, Sales Navigator y similares.
  • Se laborara gran parte remoto, sin embargo, es importante tener disponibilidad de acudir cuando se requerido con algun cliente o trabajar de manera presencial
