New Transfusion Medicine Mexico structure requires a Strategic Account Manager responsible for managing new customer acquisition as well as existing customer base to direct and indirect channels in order to protect and expand the current mark share.

What You'll Do:

  • Establishing and building senior level relationships with key stakeholders and C- Suit and leveraging them in driving new profitable sales and protecting base business.
  • Understanding and assessing customers business objectives; strategies and therefore; requirements in order to create a dedicated business strategy. (overall tender process)
  • Identifying innovative solutions to meet account needs.
  • Overall account management including detailed account planning and sales forecasting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2-3 years working in a Laboratory environment performing diagnostics tasks in Chemistry, Pathology, Microbiology or Blood Bank.
  • 5+ years performing sales duties including calling on Health Care Professionals / Medical Lab Technologists to achieve sales targets.
  • Finance Acumen, Organizational Development, Strategic Sales, Post-graduate study or specialization in Business Management.
