PARTNERSHIP WITH OPERATIONS

Drive plant KPI improvement via people and process Align HR goals with production goals Participate in site GEMBA walks and ensure significant plant floor presence to enable a strong and visible connection to the manufacturing operations and its workforce. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business, or equivalent experience Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources with two (2) years Supervisory/Management experience Experience with Labor Relations a plus Strong understanding of federal, state and local employment laws
