Responsabilidades:

Administration:

  • Perform daytoday administration of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Develop and implement workflows and automations to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
  • Create and maintain user accounts and security protocols.
  • Maintain and improve CMDB data.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist endusers with ServiceNow inquiries and provide ongoing support.

Development:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Develop and implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality.

Calificaciones:

  • Minimum 35 years of experience administering a ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices (ITIL preferred).
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in software development.
  • Experience developing on a cloudbased platform a plus.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow APIs and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Glide).
  • Experience with web services and APIs for integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications

  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
  • Certified ServiceNow Developer (CSD) or equivalent experience preferred.
