MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and control the proper functioning and correct use of office facilities and common areas.
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance of them, together with the cleaning staff.
  • Internal/external parking assignment control.
  • Control and administration of personnel transportation services
  • Coordinate and supervise the following services provided at the facilities, as well as manage purchase orders and/or payment for these services:
  • Supplies, cleaning materials, equipment and kitchen utensils.
  • Office consumables
  • Design and ensure compliance with General Services standards and procedures.
  • Coordinate attention to the pantry and dining areas.
  • Comply with the Unilever Code of Ethics
  • Comply with SHE standards
  • Perform other duties of a similar nature as required
  • Coordinate and execute improvement projects in offices and common areas
  • OPEX AND CAPEX budget control and management
  • Control and execution of projects and works in plants and offices
  • Maintain and improve the level of satisfaction of dining, transportation, cleaning, maintenance services, gardening, civil work, remodeling, etc
  • Correct management of personnel in charge
  • Delivery of executive reports, KPÍS, Expenses
  • Search for savings and continuous improvement
  • Preparation of procedures
  • Knowledge in SHE, safety, for work supervision
  • Elaborated and supervised of diferents work, Analysis Risk, Training for providers
  • Supervised in weekend work when needed

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THE VACANCY?

  • Studies: Preferably industrial, architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical or related engineering.
  • Personnel and service administration courses, and others related to the activity.
  • English intermediate advanced

Experience: 2 to 3 years in a related position, in the area of General Services, Fcilities, knowledge of security, maintenance, cleaning, and engineering projects is desirable.
