PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO


Utiliza el sistema SAP para la generación de múltiples informes según las necesidades establecidas, analiza la lista de materias primas y piezas compradas en función de los requisitos, planifica las entregas en función del pronóstico de producción, el reemplazo de materiales y la capacidad de las líneas de producción.


FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

  • Analiza listas de Materia Prima, Partes Compradas y el Equipo requerido en la Manufactura de Productos Industriales o de Consumo.
  • Requiere habilidades analíticas para desarrollar los procedimientos adecuados y puede utilizar la computadora a nível de programación.
  • Planea las entregas basándose en pronósticos de producción, condiciones de mercado, sustitución de material y capacidad de las líneas de Producción, de almacenaje y manejo.
  • Revisa listas de material para ver que cumplan con las prácticas estandarizadas de la Empresa en cuanto a la utilización de piezas y materiales.
  • Genera un plan de envíos de material de producto terminado.
  • Es el contacto de MAP para externos en términos de Materiales.
  • Monitoreo de ordenes en sistema.
  • Mantiene los Procedimientos Estándares de Operación (SOP) de la Organización.

SUPERVISADAS:Por su Experiência, el Planeador de Materiales maneja un Número Mayor de Partes y de Naturaleza Crítica.

EXPERIENCIA:3 a 5 años de experiência en planeación y sistemas de control de inventarios

ESCOLARIDAD REQUERIDA:
Carrera profesional.

ESTUDIOS ESPECÍFICOS:Ingeniería o de otra carrera profesional o experiência equivalente.

IDIOMA REQUERIDO:Inglés avanzado.
