Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Corporate HRBP.

What you'll do:


The primary responsibility of this position is the administration, execution and follow-up of the different HR processes for corporate employees.

To drive talent management strategy, organizational effectiveness, building organizational capability, talent assessment/selection, and support corporate facilities in Queretaro.

  • Follow up recruitment and selection process (Request requisitions tickets, Kick off meetings, Approve requisitions, Interviews, Follow up offers/ approval, Data information HR Check list, Update talent format)
  • Ensure Onboarding process is completed
  • Follow up labor relations matters
  • Ensure successful competition for the following annual compensation and benefits processes: Salary and market adjustments, band ranges, merit plan and Job Evaluations.
  • Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.
  • Management and follow up Master training plan for required and recommended trainings
  • Ensure the compliance of Communication Plan
  • Acts as a support contact point for employees and managers in the business unit and ensure the internal communication related HR topics
  • Conduct employee roundtable meetings and follow up accions plans
  • Eaton ́s culture supporting Inclusion & Diversity and wellness initiatives of local committees and coordinate events focused on improving the work environment.
  • Acts as a support point to managers related employees surver and ensure the compliance in theacction plans
  • Management and ensure the compliance Flexible Work Solutions program
  • Effectively support the execution of HR processes and implement HR policies (maternity policy, vacation policy, educational policy etc.)
  • Provide coaching and ensures timely effective execution in succession planning (OCA process).
  • Provide strategy and advice to LOP ́S such as performance management (APEX), leadership development.
  • Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with direct reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree necessary.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR.
  • Knowledge in Local and Federal laws,Microsoft Office, excel ,Strong communication skills Spanish & English, ability to work with people at all levels, Leadership.
  • Communication, Solving problem, Thinks and acts Strategically, Get Results, Builds organizational capacbilities.
