  • Administración completa de los recursos humanos de las plantas y RDC.
  • Responsable de la contratación, desarrollo y retención del talento humano.
  • Responsable de todos los procesos de Recursos Humanos para tener una operación con gente motivada, comprometida y dando resultados.
  • Es responsable de las relaciones con las autoridades Locales, Estatales y Federales relacionadas con aspectos de Recursos Humanos.
  • Cumplir con los compromisos establecidos en el CCT.
  • Responsable de las relaciones con el Sindicato y los Sindicatos relacionados con la empresa.
  • Responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento y mejoramiento de los indicadores y estrategias de EHS.
  • Responsable de las relaciones públicas con diversas empresas e Instituciones en general.
  • Responsable de la Seguridad y Vigilancia de los asociados en la empresa, así como de las instalaciones y propiedad en general.

Requisitos:

Lic.terminadaLAE, LPO, II o afín

  • Preferentemente con Maestría.
  • Inglés Avanzado
  • Más de 8 años de experiência en las áreas de Recursos Humanos, preferentemente en plantas de manufactura.
  • Manejo de indicadores del área.
  • Relaciones y negociaciones con sindicatos.
  • Con experiência en procesos de productividad.
Experiência EN EMPRESAS manufactura

  • Experiência en Seguridad Industrial y Medio Ambiente.
  • Implementación de proyectos de mejora continua (kaizenes, 5s, etc.).
