  • Conocimientos básicos en bases de datos, redes y respaldos de información.
  • Experiência deseable de 6 meses en atención al cliente.
  • Experiência en creación de grupos y listas de SharePoint (deseable).
  • Experiência en soporte técnico en aplicaciones de Microsoft (deseable).
  • Disposición para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluidas noches, fines de semana y días festivos (excepcionalmente).
