About the position:
Asegura que los productos, procesos y recursos bajo su supervisión siguen y cumplen con los requerimientos de Calidad, Ingeniería, Cliente, procesos y procedimientos de la empresa, de manera eficiente, en tiempo, y dentro del costo estimado.
Responsibilities:
- Responsable por la seguridad del personal de Producción, Proporciona el equipo de seguridad y verifica el buen uso del mismo, en horario de trabajo.
- Desarrolla, Administra y Supervisa un grupo de operadores, inspectores, técnicos y lideres de grupo (Matriz de Habilidades).
- Asegura y Valida el conocimiento (procedimientos, formatos) y habilidad del personal de producción para el desempeño de su trabajo (Procedimiento de Cambio de Numero de Parte / QW Ayudas Visuales / Rastreabilidad / Poka-Yoke / 1er Pieza / Hojas de parámetros / Producto No Conforme / SCRAP)
- Participa en el desarrollo de nuevas Líneas y lanzamientos de nuevos productos para asegurar que los productos y equipos son óptimos para manufactura.
- Asegura en sus Líneas y procesos asignados el seguimiento a los procedimientos de IATF.
- Identifica y Reporta Anomalías en el grupo asignado bajo su supervisión, asistencia, bajas, desempeño (Reporte de Producción)
- Responsable de dar cumplimiento al plan de producción y avisar con anticipación cuando analice potenciales incumplimientos y el porqué.

Requirements:
- Ingeniería / Licenciatura (o carrera a fin)
- Interpretación y ejecución de Plan de Producción.
- Reportes de Producción
- Interpretación de Planos (Dibujos)
- Interpretación de diagrama de Flujo y PFMEA
- Interpretación de BOM
- Interpretación de Control Plan y Reporte de Inspección.
- Interpretación de ayudas Visuales
- Rastreabilidad del producto durante cada etapa del proceso.
- Procedimiento de Producto no conforme
- Básicos en 5'S
- Uso de Microsoft Office
