Proveer soporte, logística y orientación técnica al equipo de trabajo deingenieria de calidad y al cliente.
Utilizar y mantener las herramientas preventivas de FMEA(Analisis de
modo y efecto de fallas) y Control Plan para la mejora continua.
Reducir el nível de defectos del cliente (Quejas de clientes, PPM ́s, FPY's
& OBA) mediante la implementación de acciones correctivas,preventivas y
mejora continua del proceso, determinando la causa raíz mediante la
utilización de la filosofía 8D's y/o 5 por que.
los métricos requeridos para el JOS (Yield, CAR ́s, OBA, Mejora continua,
Análisis de defectos, etc) al cliente y / o celda.
Fomentar y aplicar el control de Proceso, dispositivos para el control de
ESD, rastreabilidad del Producto, identificación del producto, y el
mantenimiento de Registros de Calidad.
Monitorear que los procedimientos, instructivos, ayudas visuales, alertas de
calidad, se lleven acabo adecuadamente.
Asegurar que cualquier proceso o cambio al sistema sea cubierto con las
desviaciones necesarias.
Reportar y escalar cualquier asunto sin resolver hacia el nível de
responsabilidad apropiado.
Asistir a las juntas mensuales de seguimiento del Departamento de
Aseguramiento de Calidad.
Asegurar que en las áreas que requieren de Ayudas Visuales, Plantillas,
estaciones e información de MES, rutas de WIP, gráficas de control, plan de
calidad, ESD, MCD y cualquier documento relacionado con el control de
los procesos sean creados y colocados en la linea de producción antes de
comenzar la corrida del producto y en el mantenimiento de lineas existentes.
Participar en las auditorias internas y externas y dar seguimiento a las
acciones correctivas que se deriven de éstas.
Cumplir y hacer cumplir el logro de las metas de 5 S ́s y reducción de
accidentes.
Participar en las auditorias de ISO 9001 e ISO 14001
Mantener actualizada la Carpeta de Calidad con la información clave de los
métricos de su puesto.
Asistir a los entrenamientos proporcionados por la empresa
Cumplir y hacer cumplir el programa de evaluación del desempeño del
personal asignado bajo su responsabilidad.
Asistir a las juntas de MRB y participar en la disposición de los materiales y /
o producto.
