    Position Overview
Value Improvement is a key area in our organization.

You will contribute directly to our value improvement annual goals and implement a several initiatives to increase our operating income, providing Lean expertise and guidance to enable cross-functional teams and sharing best practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the VIP program and achieve annual goals.
  • Use of Lean Six Sigma and project management tools to support our corporate strategy.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute critical initiatives to deliver bottomline and customer satisfaction benefits.
  • Share best in class projects across the region.
  • Develop technical capabilities in value improvement across the organization.
  • Lead strategy deployment across the organization.
  • Ensure proper monthly, quarterly, and annually reporting.

Experience:

- +3 years leading value improvement projects, practicing the Lean principles, methodologies, and tools.
- +3 years leading cross-functional teams.
- +1 year involved in projects using scrum & agile ways of working.

  • Ideally, experience in Health Care, Pharma or Consumer Products Industry.

Skills Required:

  • Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified (Desirable).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and desirable in Tableau / Salesforce / SAP / JIRA / MIRO.
  • Project management and presentation skills. SCRUM master certified (Desirable).
  • Customer focused and strong communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problemsolving ability.
  • Fluent in English.
