  • El equipo de finanzas general gestiona la planificación y dirección del proceso y las actividades financieras. Las actividades incluyen el funcionamiento eficiente y la rentabilidad de los sistemas y programas operativos.

Resumen del rol:

you will do/ Your day to day
- **Perform P&L and FCF forecasting, reporting, and operational/accuracy metrics tracking**-
Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
-
Work closely with contributing areas, (such as Spending, Logistics, Service, etc) to track performance, forecast, report and challenge outlook.
-
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
-
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data, and making comparative analyses.
-
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of forecasting models, standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
-
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
-
Grow financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends
-
Create recommendations to be presented to management and executives
-
Professionally develop a finance team.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

Develop and implement commercial and financial plans that will deliver the Profitability Targets
-
Provide analyses / inputs to enable better decision-making
-
Provide other ad-hoc analysis in support for business initiatives as needed.
-
Drive Digital transformation changes (Process/Reports). Ensure process excellence to maximize organizational efficiency.
-
Organizational savvy to handle multiple business priorities simultaneously and prioritize and complete work within stringent deadlines
-
Meet all local and corporate business reporting requirements on a timely basis including monthly business review meeting
-
Ensure all financial data is accurate and free of financial misstatement.
-
Perform break-even analysis on pricing and spend proposals
-
Consolidation of regional information

Requerimientos mínimos:

-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Operations, Industrial Engineering
-
5+ years of financial planning experience with strong financial modeling skills
-
SAP experience, Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and G Suite
-
Excellent communication skills to interface with a diverse set of stakeholders in a regional environment
-
Previous experience of managing a team
-
Organizational savvy to handle multiple business priorities simultaneously and prioritize and complete work within stringent deadlines
-
"Can-do" attitude with a desire to learn
-
Fluent English
-
Free Cash Flow, Profit And Loss Statements Knowledge
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
-
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work with many parties.

Leadership and Drive, Self-thought, self-managed.
-
ANALYSIS SKILLS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
