Responsibilities

Finance Assoc Analyst - FP&A

Main Purpose


The Finance Analyst will be responsible for planning freight and warehousing expenses for the Southern Cone region specifically for the countries of Argentina and Chile, through rapid and effective collaboration with local and cross-functional teams.

The scope of this position is to carry out a deep and detailed analysis, as well as the planning of expenses towards the balance of the year and the latest estimates of each month.

The role requires solid knowledge and understanding of operating processes, communication skills, construction of effective relationships and a great sense of responsibility, ability to express oneself and be able to show with senior management, in order to be able to communicate risks and opportunities in the business in a timely manner

Accountabilities

- _
Generate useful reports that allow a precise visualization of the behavior of Freight and storage expenses._
- _ Identify and timely communicate the risks and opportunities in the expense planning process to the BOY._
- _ Elaborate weekly analyzes that allow to visualize the variations of the real expenses vs. FCST and with this to be able to give a clear and robust explanation of Freight and Warehousing._
- _ Design and implement robust models or analyzes that show the behavior trend of real freight and Warehousing expenses for specific periods (Annual, Monthly and Weekly)._
- _ Measure and analyze the main KPI's established by the business, in order to give visibility to the business on operating expenses and enable management to make decisions_
- _ Accurately understand the main drivers that directly or indirectly exclude F&D and WH operating expenses (macroeconomic measures, variation in commodity prices, inflation, country risk, etc.)_
- _ Consolidate information and detailed reports that allow us to understand and give timely visibility of the variations of the operational close and the accounting close of Freight and Warehousing._
- _ Thinking of continuous improvement, through the constant search to identify opportunities for automation in processes, analysis and information downloads_

Qualifications

Qualifications / Requirements
- _
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Actuary, Industrial Engineering or related._
- _ Advanced English_
- _ Microsf Domain Office (Access Knowledge Advantage)._
- _ Proven high capacity for financial analysis._
- _ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams._._
- _ Strong interpersonal skills and proven teamwork experience._
- _ Knowledge in SAP, preferably in TRA and WMS modules._
- _ Effective time management and activity prioritization capabilities_
