Análisis de ventas con base en Sell In y Sell Out, considerando el Share por marca
Análisis de la demanda para posicionamiento de marca
Estrategia de marketing tradicional y digital para lograr el posicionamiento de las marcas
Gestión de categorías de venta por canal, branding y comunicación.
Medición y seguimiento de los resultados de promociones, evaluando los resultados y eficiencia de las acciones de marketing para asegurar rentabilidad.
