Roles and Responsibilities:
- Branding and customization of the Login and Dashboard pages.
- Cloud-based application integration.
- Troubleshooting integration issues and performance tuning.
- Automate custom User Lifecycle Management
- Configuration Management.
- Provide the user with the necessary resources and access based on their job requirements and responsibilities.
- When a user is onboarded by the HR team into the organization, we create a unique identity for that user in SailPoint and then provision the requested application and access to them.
- Responsible for ensuring that the right person has the right access at the right time.
