Compensation:
$9 - $10 hourly
Responsibilities:

Dispatch Coordination:Effectively coordinate and dispatch maintenance requests, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, technician assignments, and efficient scheduling to meet service level agreements

Communication Hub: Serve as the central communication hub between clients, technicians, and management, ensuring clear and timely updates, problem-solving, and seamless flow of information

Emergency Response: Respond promptly and decisively to emergency maintenance requests, prioritizing urgent cases and deploying resources swiftly to minimize downtime and client disruptions

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service requests, dispatch activities, work orders, and technician availability using our state-of-the-art software systems

Resource Optimization:Monitor technician performance, workload distribution, and skill sets to maximize productivity and resource utilization, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, clarifying service requests, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the maintenance process

Collaborative Team Player: Collaborate closely with various departments, including field technicians, operations, and management, to foster a cohesive and harmonious work environment that contributes to the company's growth

Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where your ability to adapt, think on your feet and make informed decisions is essential to our success
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in dispatching, coordination, or customer service, preferably in a maintenance or serviceoriented industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and efficient scheduling
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Customerfocused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
