Desarrollo del Project, scope,schedule, cost, quality, resourse, communication Risk, procurement y stakeholder Management: Plan alineadas a la PMO-PMI Dirigir y manejar las actividades del proyecto, manejo de la calidad, adquirir los recursos, manejo del equipo y de las comunicaciones, implementar las respuestas al riego, manejo de los stakeholders Monitoreo y control del trabajo, de los cambios, cronograma, costos, calidad compras. Monitoreas comunicaciones, riesgo y el compromiso de los stakeholders durante el tiempo de ejecución del proyecto de acuerdo a la Base línea del proyecto

Elaborar El Project Management Plan – PMO. Elaborar El Scope Management Plan- PMO. Definir el alcance- base línea. Crear la WBS- Elaborar El Plan schedule – PMO- Definir las actividades, duraciones y las secuencias. Desarrollar el cronograma del proyecto. Elaborar El Cost Management Plan, estimación de costos. Establecer las Base linea del Proyecto presupuesto y tiempo. Elaborar el Plan Resource Management. Estimar actividades y recursos. Elaborar el Plan Communication Management. Elaborar Plan Risk Management. Identificación de los riesgos. Elaborar Qualitative and Quantitative Risk análisis- PMO Elaborar el Plan Risk responses. Elaborar el Plan Procurement Management. Elaborar Plan Stakeholder Engagement

Ejecución

Dirigir y manejo del trabajo, actividades del proyecto Manejar de la calidad. Adquirir los recursos. Desarrollar de equipo. Manejar al equipo. Manejar las comunicaciones. Implementar las respuestas al riesgo. Conducir las compras. Manejar el compromiso de los stakeholders.

Responsabilidades Emerson

Solicitar la Juntas de trasferencia y Junta de Inicio KoK con el cliente. Establecer el plan de comunicaciones siendo el PM el único canal de comunicación oficial y principal con el cliente y equipo de trabajo. Manejo y conocimiento de las Órdenes de compra, Contrato, anexos y T&C. Revisar y validar del presupuesto de los proyectos (PIR /Tareas). Confirmar de los presupuestos en las tareas de los proyectos en Oracle PA. Control financiero del presupuesto de acuerdo con la base línea. Pronósticos de Revenue, Manejo de las metodologías de reconocimiento: POC, MD y CC. Seguimiento a la Facturación y pagos. Control y administración del Inventario WIP. Solicitar la apertura del proyecto en Clarity y enviar el formato de set up Solicitar la apertura del share point documental. Solicitar la asignación de los recursos del staff del proyecto; Líder (es) técnicos, compras, Project Suppor, document Controller, Calidad. Establecer la línea Base de los proyectos- presupuesto y tiempo. Mantener y controlar el GP del proyecto de acuerdo a la base línea establecida Conocer y elaboración de los planes de mitigación de las Penalidades. Solicitar y Cierre de Fianzas de acuerdo con el contrato. Establecer el organigrama del proyecto de acuerdo con la WBS y fechas contractuales Establecer el plan de seguridad y HSE del proyecto. Manejar y seguimiento a las solicitudes de Cambio Change Orders. Ejecutar y supervisar la realización de las actividades del proyecto de acuerdo con lo planificado para asegurar la realización de las actividades entregables definidas en el alcance y tiempo. Controlar, supervisar, vigilar y analizar el estatus del proyecto contra lo originalmente planeado en tiempo, alcance y presupuestos del proyecto, para asegurar que el proyecto se ejecute dentro de lo establecido en el alcance, tiempo y presupuesto del proyecto. Gestionar los recursos, miembros del equipo e involucrados para cumplir con los hitos que permitan. Sales Revenue- pronostico y reconocimiento el monto mensual estimado para el proyecto, alineado a los objetivos de la(s) Unidad de negocios. Elaboración y actualización del Layout Controlar las adquisiciones en base al plan del proyecto y reducir el tiempo de resguardo de los materiales en inventarios por causas no imputables al cliente. Satisfacción del cliente encuestas de acuerdo con los KPI Responsable de costo total y el cronograma del proyecto. Responsable de la revisión, aprobación del presupuesto de las actividades de trabajo WBS Elaboración de las requisiciones de Compra Interco y de Buyouts Solicitar y dar seguimiento a la integración, pruebas de fabrica HW-SW FAT. Manejar los equipos de ejecución de proyectos. Informe de Progreso de proyecto al cliente de acuerdo con los requisitos de los clientes. Solicitar las propuestas de las estimaciones por cambios de orden al cliente. Coordinar las organizaciones internas y planificación de los recursos. Apoyar a la definición de las soluciones de las propuestas. Asignación de los presupuestos con sus tareas en el sistema Oracle. Elaborar los Dashboard de los proyectos Control de los inventarios (WIP, intransit finish Good). Solicitud de los ajustes de presupuesto ETC por sobrecostos o ahorros de acuerdo a los DOA Mantenimiento de las tareas del PA en el sistema Oracle Realizar la presentación del estatus del proyecto operativa y financieramente a los stakeholders. Atender las auditorías del proyecto internas y externas. Participar con el área de Calidad y aprobar el plan de aseguramiento de la calidad Entrega de los entregables contractuales y de la documentación para el cierre del proyecto Cierre contractual. Actas de cierre del proyecto con los clientes. Realizar las Lesiones aprendidas del proyecto. Coordinar las juntas internas y externas. Informar los Riesgos y oportunidades del proyecto – Sales Revenue Controlar el Unbilled del proyecto Coordinar y asegurar el cierre Financiero y operativo del proyecto en clarity y Oracle Coordinar la entrega a Base instalada del proyecto. Desarrollar el plan de Motivación al equipo de trabajo. (Emerson). Establecer un Clima Laboral de respeto colaborativo ( Emerson). Desarrollar el plan de Sustentabilidad en los proyectos ( Emerson).

Requisitos:

Experiencia: 15 años PM Senior para Plataforma Educación: título en licenciatura en Ingeniería o administración. Certificaciones: PMO o equivalente Inglés intermedio
