Definir, desarrollar, estructurar, monitorear y ejecutar la operación de Servicios de Ingeniería

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Chief Engineer para unirse a nuestro equipo:

Zona de trabajo:
Apodaca, Nuevo Leon

Horario de trabajo:
De lunes a sábado en horario mixto cubriendo 48 hrs a la semana

Modalidad de trabajo:
Presencial

¿Cuál es tu día a día?

  • Proporcionar liderazgo operativo estratégico, táctico y encausar las actividades del equipo
  • Asegurarse que las actividades de ingeniería dentro del alcance de Servicios de Ingeniería Estático se completan en tiempo y costo y cumpliendo los estándares de calidad establecidos por JLL y el cliente correspondiente.
  • Asegurarse que se apega y se cumple al 100% los Indicadores Clave del Desempeño (KPIs) y el Acuerdo del Nível de Servicios (SLA)
  • Asegurarse que el mantenimiento de los activos más importantes del cliente cumple con las normas de mantenimiento aplicables.
  • Apoyar al equipo técnico y equipo central ES en cuestiones técnicas
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas de mantenimiento preventivo a los sitios asignados generando información en tiempo y forma.
  • Asegurar la atención oportuna de mantenimiento correctivos generados por cada cliente, documentando en los diferentes sistemas el cumplimiento a los tiempos de respuesta.
  • Mantener una estrecha comunicación con el cliente, a fin de informar oportunamente de los avances a los programas de mantenimiento preventivo y a la atención de correctivos.
  • Garantizar que todos los servicios realizados por sus cuadrillas sean documentados oportunamente a través de reportes y/o sistemas de gestión automatizadas (corrigo).
  • Garantizar que su equipo de trabajo cuente con todos los elementos y recursos necesarios para la realización de los trabajos encomendados (herramienta, vehículos, uniformes, papelería, consumibles, refacciones, viáticos, etc.)
Experiência y habilidades técnicas deseadas

  • Ingeniero Eléctrico, Mecánico o Industrial. Titulado o en proceso de titulación.
  • Inglés intermedio, lo usará para mails y reportes.
  • Experiência mínima de 3 a 5 años en plantas productivas
