The SAP BASIS Admin will be a part of a global team of SAP Professionals at Koch Industries, a private global organization with over 120,000 employees worldwide involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments.

Our Team

The SAP BASIS Analyst reports to the SAP BASIS Team Lead at KGSI and is responsible for operational support, project delivery, and driving SAP BASIS Operations with a strong sense of ownership and proactive optimization.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the SAP BASIS Team lead & members for uninterrupted support
  • Own assigned projects
  • Perform troubleshooting and system refresh activities
  • Proactively address critical issues & Incidents
  • Coordinate with support teams, vendors, and customers for system reliability
  • Engage with Service providers and vendors for system reliability
  • Participate in on-call support, weekend activities, patching, and upgrades

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Extensive experience in SAP Basis administration in a large-scale environment
  • Willingness to engage in on-call rotation and support shift hours
  • Experience with SAP environments and Sybase ASE Database

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience leading an IT support team
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure architecture and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, SCP, BODS, SLT & BOBJ
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
