What You Will Do:
Owner of times and movements in production floor, using this information to execute Capacity Analysis for every Product, Process and different PN.
Provide Industrial Engineer support to cross functional teams, including cycle time analysis & productivity improvement actions. Identify and address potential areas for improvement and optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization and cost. Responsible for updating and maintaining productive areas and Layout proposals. Direct contact with Facilities team to execute and tuning of production lines on production floor. Communicate effectively across teams in manufacturing, production control, quality, supervisors, maintenance and process engineers.Provide leadership and support to Continuous Improvement initiatives at the plant level including work studies to analyze work systems, developing standards, allowance or improve existing systems.
Utilize and analyze Lean standards in everyday assignments including Line balancing, Value Stream Maps, DMAIC and others. Ensure the overall Industrial Engineering focus is aligned with the operations requirements and delivering value to the organization. Participate and lead problem solving sessions using structed approach and lean knowledge / methodologies.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
Knowledge in industrial, Mechanical/Mechatronic or Electronic Engineer. Experience in Industrial Engineer. Lean manufacturing experience. Strong mechanical and structural aptitude, and blueprint reading knowledge. Demonstrate ability to Kaizen knowledge. Problem solving and Practical and "hands-on." Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
What Will Put You Ahead:
Experience in Production lines (HLA, SMT & Fiber optics) Well knowledge of SAP or other ERP. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
