Location: Escobedo industrial area, Monterrey, Mexico
Company Overview:
InnoVent Renewables is a technology and operations company with a proprietary continuous pyrolysis technology that converts waste tires, plastics, and biomass into valuable fuels and chemicals.
With over 1 billion tires laying in landfills globally, InnoVent Renewables will convert this waste into high value products used in a range of industries including tire production, while leveraging a completely emissions-free process.

Position: Administrative Director
Job Summary:
Innovent Renewables is seeking a highly experienced Administrative Director to oversee all administrative functions and responsibility for the overall operations of the business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 15 years of industrial experience, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing sector. The Administrative Director will work closely with commercial, operations, and finance teams to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative functions, including human resources, IT, facilities management, and office administration.
- Manage the profit and loss (P&L) statement, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, operations, and finance teams to support business objectives and ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments to optimize business processes.
- Monitor and analyze administrative performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee the management of company assets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Provide strategic input and support for business planning and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of industrial experience, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in managing administrative functions and overseeing profit and loss (P&L).
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
