Responsabilidad

Tareas Clave

  • Atención a contratos.
Programar y ejecutar en coordinación con el cliente, los servicios contratados.

  • Establecer comunicación directa con el cliente, elaborar y ejecutar programa de actividades.
  • Monitoreo y análisis de las técnicas predictivas utilizadas dentro del contrato(s) asignado(s).


Asegurar el cumplimiento de las tareas de monitoreo y análisis de las técnicas predictivas; así como la asertividad en los resultados y entrega oportuna de los mismo.

Evitar fallas en la maquinaria que afecten la confiabilidad.

  • Cumplimiento del programa de monitoreo.
  • Cumplimiento del programa de reportes.
  • Manejo de criterios estándar en la interpretación y muestra de resultados.
  • Realizar y/o coordinar los servicios mecánicos dentro del alcance de los contratos.


Asegurar que las tareas serán realizadas de manera segura y efectiva paras una mejora en la operación de la maquinaria.


  • Capacidad para realizar balanceo dinámico.
  • Capacidad para realizar alineación con equipo laser.
  • Capacidad para realizar asesoría en el montaje y desmontaje de rodamientos.
  • Gestionar las revisiones periódicas dentro de los contratos.
Presentación del avance de cumplimiento dentro del contrato y mejoras realizadas, así como beneficios obtenidos.

  • Documentar los beneficios del periodo a revisión.
  • Mantener actualizados los KPI ́s.
  • Documentar mejoras realizadas.
  • Documentar resultados generales del contrato.
  • Utilización de la tecnología de SKF en los contratos y servicios spot.
Promover el uso de la tecnología SKF

Conocimiento básico de las plataformas y sistemas fuera del alcance de los contratos

Detectar oportunidades donde se incremente el uso de las plataformas.

  • Conocer el portafolio completo de Servicios y CoMo.
  • Conocer el portafolio de las plataformas adicionales a Servicios.
  • Renovación de los contratos.
Asegurar la renovación de los contratos de servicio a su cargo.

  • Documentación de beneficios.
  • Presentación de mejoras.
  • Revisiones periódicas.
  • Cumplimiento del SSCP.
  • Calibración de equipos.
Asegurar que los equipos bajo su cargo, cumplan con los requisitos de calidad como inspección y/o calibración periódica.

  • Procedimiento de calibración de equipos.
  • Soporte al área de ventas o KA.
Soporte técnico adecuado que incentive la venta de servicios con los usuarios finales y/o distribución.

  • Reporte de actividad realizada
