The Role

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to and delivery of the integrated Marketing strategy.

Digital Marketing:

  • Research advertising trends and competitors' pricing and products
  • Execute projects with the team to create and distribute content to drive lead generations and sales growth.
  • Use web CMS such as WordPress and Umbraco to create, edit, and production of digital content, such as web pages, blog posts.
  • Work with AI robots to enhance content and customer experiences.
  • Use HubSpot, SEM Rush and other tools to analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Manage ecommerce stores on Shopify.
  • Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns and present them to key stakeholders.
  • Work with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Performing other workrelated duties as required.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Perform keyword research using industrystandard tools.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and overall structure for search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, organic rankings, and backlink profile.
  • Implement linkbuilding strategies to enhance offpage SEO.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
  • Update website, post blogs and create landing pages to generate leads.

SEM (Paid Search)

  • Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads and social media platforms.
  • Design, develop, and test various ad copies and landing pages to maximize leads and conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize budget, bids, keywords, and ad placements.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Experience managing a digital advertising budget and working with a digital marketing agency
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest areas for improvement.

Project Management

  • Management of projects as required

Reporting and Analysis

  • Utilize analytic tools (Google GA4 and Google Search Console) and other tools and resources available to create reports, provide insights and actions recommendations.
  • Create dashboards in HubSpot for real time reporting.
  • Presentation reports, findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Reports to include, but not limited to: Sales growth, Digital sales and conversions, organic social media performance (Non-SEM).

Communication

  • Positively communicate, consistently providing relevant and timely information to help people in their role
  • Facilitate open and transparent communication channels so that information flows seamlessly between individuals, departments, and teams.
  • Encourage a culture of feedback and innovation.
  • Effective and collaborative communication internally and with external suppliers and channel partners.

Skills, Experience and Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field or certifications in digital marketing and Hubspot
  • Proven experience as a Digital marketing specialist or similar role.
  • Solid HubSpot capabilities including: Marketing Hub, CMS Hub, HubSpot Analytics.
  • SEM Rush: For competitive analysis, keyword research, and site audits.
  • Screaming Frog: For detailed website analysis and onpage optimization.
  • Google GA4: For traffic analysis, conversion tracking, and audience insights.
  • WordPress & Umbraco: For content management, onpage SEO optimization, and website updates.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detailoriented with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. WordPress, Umbraco) desired.
  • Experience working with Shopify.
