Solutions Architect
We seek an experienced solutions architect to join the Automation team in the Data, Model and Ethics Governance Team.

The DMA team is responsible for streamlining, integrating, and automating data and machine learning governance processes and configuring tools to deliver effective and fast governance experiences across TR.

The Solution Architect creates the overall technical vision for a business problem and coordinates all activities related to the solution's design, creation, deployment, and management.

They are responsible for ensuring all stakeholders are technically aligned throughout all phases. They'll work with the enterprise architect and other solutions architects to adhere to TR's processes.

About the role:

In this opportunity as Solutions Architect, you will:

• You will have a solid understanding of systems design/solution architectures.
• You will guide the team through complicated product and technical road maps
• Work with DMG Leads and Data and Analytics teams to identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive processes/tasks within the existing business or operational process and lead the design and development of automation.
• Communicates solutions and technical designs through formal and informal means to business unit executives, technology management, peers, development staff, and other colleagues.
• Build architecture diagrams, build and manage data ingestion and transformation processes from various sources such as APIs, databases, and log files.
• Partner with various architects to perform network, risk, and security configurations for automation on large projects and provide ongoing architecture oversight throughout the development lifecycle after the overall architecture has been developed and communicated.
• Collaborate with developers to analyze current development code repositories and build processes, make recommendations, and implement improvements to the deployment processes to align with a modern CI/CD pipeline.
• Review and maintain all DevOps development work, ensuring that technical/functional documentation and solution designs are accurately prepared, maintained, and catalogued.
• Actively investigate new DevOps technologies, recommend best practices, system reliability, and performance to management, and find costeffective solutions.
• Work with the Information Security and Risk team, Data Lake, Architectural teams, and Engineering teams to Implement and maintain data security and privacy measures to protect sensitive data.

About you:

You're a fit for the role of Solutions Architect if your background includes:

• Experience with Public and Private cloud knowledge, skills and experiences (Azure, AWS,)
• Experience with Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless computing, Kubernetes, and Microservices.
• Advance knowledge and handson experience in code packing, designing, developing, and deploying CI/CD and Cloud solutions for Java,.Net, JavaScript, Unix scripts, and Databases.
• Experience with ETL technologies like Airflow,DBT and Web Applications
• 5+ years of experience with a variety of Dev/Ops and SRE (Jenkins, UCD, NexusIQ, Ansible, Dynatrace Publishing Pathway, GitHub, Slack, Elastic)
• Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems as a developer or system administrator
• Experience with Windows Server Administration (Active Directory, Group Policy)
• Experience with SFTP and TCP network protocols.
• Good understanding / Handson with AWS data services like Glue, Step function, Lambda, AWS Workflows, S3, Redshift, ODS, or You have broad knowledge of Microsoft Azure and working experience deploying App Services, Database Services, Storage Accounts, Event Hubs, Key Vault, Synapse, Kubernetes, Virtual Machines, Virtual Networking, and API Management.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodology and/or an established release protocol
• Experience with working on multiple concurrent developments in a fastpaced environment
• Experience with messaging and database software (Snowflake, Azure Service Bus, SQL Server).
• Master Data Management (MDM),
• A bachelor's in computer science or a related field is ideal
• Nice to have: Dell Boomi, Data Management in Governance (knowledge of/experience with),
• A background (handson experience) in development/Python/Java is preferred.
• Experience with MDM Tools (EnterWorks, Semarchy) is a plus
• AWS Certification is a plus
