The Super User plays a crucial role in supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP to ensure smooth financial operations. Responsibilities include fixing system issues, managing user profiles, and providing system training.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain users, profiles, and system access.
  • Manage workflow tasks such as PO approvals.
  • Rectify system errors.
  • Offer assistance during month and year-end closures.
  • Conduct user training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of finance operations and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics GP.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel including macros and power query.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adeptness in resolving error messages.
  • High level of proficiency in English.
