Once you are indeed prepared, though, here's what we'll expect from you:

  • Test and turn-on pop-ups.
  • Oversee system installation and setup especially with klaviyo, and customizing these for business needs.
  • Run tests to check functionality and efficiency of softwares.
  • Help the management team or your internal team to decide what IT systems solutions and infrastructure upgrades will be needed to meet client expectations.
  • Help to create training materials and operating manuals.
  • Conduct dedicated sending domains whenever they are necessary and the client has agreed to do so.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Expert Time Manager.
  • Written English proficiency (B1-B2)
  • At least 2 years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
  • Excellence in written English communication.
  • Detailoriented, proactive person.
  • Quick learning capabilities.
  • Proficient in database programming and software installation.
  • Good problemsolving skills.

PREFERABLE SKILLS:

  • Spanish
  • Slack
  • ClickUp
  • UX/UI
  • Figma
  • Experience with ecommerce or DTC niche
