El Asociado de Apoyo de Operaciones 2 es un puesto de nivel inicial a cargo de brindar servicios de apoyo de operaciones, incluyendo lo siguiente: mantenimiento de documentación/registros, almacenamiento y obtención de registros, mantenimiento de cuenta, aspecto y apertura de cuentas en coordinación con el equipo central de Operaciones.

Además, el Asociado de Apoyo de Operaciones 2 es el enlace entre el personal de operaciones, los gerentes de relaciones, gerentes de proyecto, custodios y clientes.

El objetivo general de este rol es brindar apoyo de operaciones cotidianas en cumplimiento de los procesos y la infraestructura de apoyo de operaciones de Citi.


Responsabilidades:
Identificar, analizar y resolver problemas clave del área asignada y brindar documentos respaldatorios a las áreas correspondientes.

Ayudar en la administración de diversos informes, incluidos informes comerciales, el informe operativo mensual y los puntajes de negocios, y brindar una comunicación clara y constante sobre los procesos y las políticas locales.

Ayudar en la ejecución y el monitoreo de procesos y datos, y garantizar la eficiencia y la satisfacción del cliente.

Organizar, desarrollar y mantener las plantillas de Revisión Comercial, Planificación de resoluciones y Continuidad del negocio. Administrar y mantener aplicaciones para la generación de indicadores de tablero en la efectividad de los procesos. Controlar los requisitos relacionados con el cumplimiento de las Políticas corporativas.

Controlar e implementar medidas correctivas derivadas de las revisiones de Evaluación de control del gerente (Manager Control Assessment, MCA) y otras entidades de control.

Realizar actividades de administración para cobros, incluyendo el mantenimiento de aplicaciones, el suministro de apoyo para sistemas administrativos de cobros y la implementación de proyectos globales y locales en el proceso de cobro.

Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia Calificaciones:
Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia relevante. Dominio de Microsoft Office. Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa. Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente apresurado y cambiante. Habilidad para analizar datos y resolver problemas. Habilidades comprobadas de organización y gestión del tiempo.

Educación:
Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiencia equivalente. La descripción de este puesto proporciona una revisión de alto nivel de los tipos de trabajos realizados. Se pueden asignar otras obligaciones laborales según sea necesario.
