Tyrolit offers tailored grinding solutions for various applications, as well as a comprehensive assortment of standard tools for customers all over the world.

Radiac, a leading manufacturer of conventional bonded and super abrasives is looking for a Mexico Account Manager in the Monterrey or Saltillo areas, to join our Sales team, to jump in and participate in helping to grow the area.

This position is field based in a home office.

This position is responsible to manage and direct all sales for a set of key accounts generally located in Northeast Mexico, establishing customer relationships, developing new business and increasing sales volume.


Additionally, this person will:
Develop/maintain strong customer relations and a deep understanding of market needs and competitive offerings.
Identify new opportunities and work with the organization to position Radiac solutions to meet/exceedcustomer needs and competitive offerings.
Achieve annual revenue and profit growth targets for assigned accounts.
Increase market share with existing customers by developing value added solutions to address customer's needs.
Document and manage opportunities in the CRM tool.
Develop and implement account growth plans that support the Company's objectives and sales goals.
Meet reporting requirements.
Support marketing initiatives designed to increase revenue, gross margins and operating profits.
Provide feedback to the Product Marketing Team, market intelligence with regards to product enhancements and expansion developments.
Increase brand awareness and value by representing Radiac at local and national industry trade shows and events as needed.

Qualifications are:
Minimum of 5 years industrial sales experienceB.S. in engineering or equivalent experienceKnowledge of abrasive product sales and metal finishing.
Ability to travel to accounts 50% of your time.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer literacyWell organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and a diverse set of objectives.
Achieve goals with minimal supervision and guidance.
