Summary:Manage learning and development processes on its different subprocesses that supports and ensure provide the rigth solutions and tools for the different needs to contribute and meet our employees and business needs.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the Learning process:
- Identify the training needs of BRP salary and technical staff.
- Logistics of internal and external training
- Manage the learning budget according to identified priorities
- Verify the internal certification processes of Hoists and Hoists as well as prepare internal
- Manage documents in compliance with ISO 9001: 2015, STPS
- Manage and develop training and development providers.
- Coordinate and implement corporate initiatives.
- Develop and coordinate the annual training plan.
- Communicate training events to staff in a timely manner.
- Manage and validate the effectiveness of language programs (English)
- Manage, approve and comply with the educational reimbursement program, ensuring the
- Implements the use of new tools and technologies to facilitate learning (LMS, instructional
- Define and implement strategies of internal instructors in the different areas of the company
- Present, manage and carry out audits of ISO and STPS
- Carry out training matrices by position and technical and functional competencies that can
- Carry out the monitoring of the effectiveness of the training after the different critical
- Manage and monitor the Legal compliance of the training process.
- Follow BRP values and behaviors
- Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
- Enforce Quality BRP policy

- Bachelors degree
- 4years of experience in learning and developement
