The

COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing resident delinquency, which involves ensuring that residents pay their rent on time.
  • Responsible for renewing 75% or more of the residents in your portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents to foster a sense of community and promote resident retention.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed and that resident issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Minimum requirements to join our team:

Compensation Details:

Starting salary range of

8 USD to 9 USD per hour, and the opportunity to move up and grow Although this is a remote position which means you will always be working from home, we require

_full-time availability._ Our schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm USA CST and we

_do not_ offer any part-time positions.
