We are currently seeking a Training Analyst to join our team in Mexico, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

In these roles you will be responsible for**:

  • Use business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain
- or platform-led

  • Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
  • Work in a team where you wear lots of hats interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams and where you may need to be in charge
  • Run the workstream and/or project activities you've been given
  • Interact with all workstreams technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
  • Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients' needs
  • Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
  • Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 7 years of SAP project and program management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with multiple areas of a program such as contract management, commercial management, sales and Delivery.
  • Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish). A Bachelor's Degree.

Preferences:

  • PMP or ITIL certifications.
  • Experience & certifications in SAP project Activate.
  • Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture. Preferably involving the implementation of SAP ECC or S/4HANA and the use of ACTIVATE and other methodologies
  • Solid analytical / problem solving skills
  • Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.
  • Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between nontechnical business users and technical IT resources.
  • Strong client service attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills Flexibility to work in shifts to support our global clients
