As a FP&A, you will report to the Head of FP&A, designing, building and presenting financial models, insights and projections.
You will provide the data analysis and decision support used by the executive team to help drive and influence the strategy and direction of the company.
You will lead the preparation of presentations providing clarity and insight to the department heads, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions, in addition to preparing accurate monthly business unit reports.
Responsibilities
- Reporting: Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prioryear expenses.
- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to create metrics (productivity/demand planning), KPI's, and business reviews.
- Update weekly ticket metrics for leadership meeting
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and crossfunctional teams at all levels of the organization.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of experience in strategy or finance or a related area
- Experience developing strategic plans, financial modeling/forecasts, reports and metrics
- Adept Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fastpaced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
- Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
