In this exciting role, you will efficiently manage Technical Operations with our Coca Cola System - Bottlers and plants involving supply and logistics activities, woven seamlessly into the organization's supply chain, which includes materials planning and control, procurement, and warehousing.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Providing technical leadership across all Technical Innovation and Supply Chain functional areas.
  • Setting challenging goals for each bottling plant to ensure costeffectiveness and optimal performance.
  • Supporting our Quality, Safety, and Environment initiatives, as well as our continuous improvement programs.
  • Acting as the operational arm for our strategies, driving their execution at every level.
  • Assisting with identifying and executing productivity initiatives.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, bottlers, and external partners to drive fast & agile innovation and commercialization processes.
  • The role is focused on single or multiple countries based on business indicators such as volume, revenue, and operating income in addition to geographical and supply chain complexity and the maturity levels of the bottling partners considered.
  • Provide technical leadership and execution support to the Bottler and/or territory, within the franchise units and bottling partners across all TI&SC (Technical Innovation and Supply Chain) functional areas.
  • Technical Franchise leadership to support specific and challenging goal settings for each bottling plant while supporting an efficient execution. Key areas at the assigned Bottler and/or territory (including performance and execution cups) such as QSE scores, continuity of supply, processes efficiency and performance, timely investments to expand capacity, among others.
  • Support actions of bottling plants to optimize manufacturing cost and yields to support profitability requirements in the assigned Bottler and/or territory.
  • Support the assigned Bottlers and bottling plants in the execution QSE initiatives and programs, along with QSE LATAM.
  • Support the assigned Bottlers and bottling plants in the follow up of Corrective and Preventive action plans, as well as continuous improvement programs.
  • Act as the execution arm for TI&SC strategies at the assigned Bottler and/or territory, FO and individual market levels.
  • Leadership and operational support for the Coca-Cola System at the assigned Bottler and/or territory level to build capabilities and capacities of product/package, supply chain and production infrastructure, processes, people, and cost optimization solutions to drive growth in the specific Bottler and/or territory.
  • Support as necessary the identification and execution of productivity initiatives at the assigned Bottler and/or territory levels.
  • Execute the contingency plans and BCPs at the assigned Bottler and/or territory level, coordinate demand and supply in alignment with the Supply Chain team and the bottling partners.
  • Support the development and execution of the specific innovation plans working directly with the bottling partners, CPS, suppliers, and other functions.
  • Support the development and execution of the specific commercialization plans working directly with Corporate, the bottling partners, CPS, and other FO functions inside and outside the technical structure.
  • Act as technical contact point for the bottling partners in the assigned Bottler and/or territory in relation to troubleshooting, crossfunctional corrective action plans and IMCR immediate actions.
  • This role is an individual contributor, strong collaboration with other technical functions is expected.
  • Goals and objectives for the role are mainly focused on the annual business plan delivery for the assigned Bottler and/or territory.
  • Drive fast & agile innovation and commercialization capabilities and partnership with internal stakeholders (R&D, CPS), bottlers and external partners (copackers, suppliers etc.).
  • Embrace and promote the digitalization agenda for our technical systems.

Qualification & Requirements:

- +8 years of experience in one or more functional areas within the TI&SC scope: QSE, SRA, Commercialization, Supply Chain, technical franchise leadership, CPS, R&D, food or beverage industry (Manufacturing, QSE, Logistics-Supply Chain, Engineering among others).
