  • Administración de contratos Microsoft (Revisar historial de compras de los clientes, Crear cotizaciones y escenarios de compra para los clientes, Revisión Anexos Técnicos (preliminares y finales) con y sin contrato marco).
  • Revisión y elaboración de propuestas técnicas y económicas (preliminares y finales), documentos y enmiendas necesarias para el envío a revisión de las áreas internas indicadas por Microsoft (Deal Desk). Revisión de documento (fallo) de adjudicación de acuerdo con el proyecto específico. Revisión de contratos de clientes de sector público y en su caso, convenios modificatorios.
  • Revisión y elaboración de cartas técnicas según requerimiento del cliente, contratos, firmas, facturación, seguimiento post venta, etc.
  • Experiência en la promoción de soluciones Microsoft 365, Office 365 y toda la suite de Azure. Conocimientos a nível técnico
  • Idealmente Manejo de soluciones de identidad, seguridad y productividad de Microsoft como: Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, ADFS) Unix/Linux Básico/Intermedio, MacOS.
  • Conocimientos deseados: Deseable tener certificaciones MS100Microsoft 365 Identity and Services, MS500Microsoft 365 Security Administration, AZ500Azure Security Engineer.
