El analista de cuentas por pagar, como parte de sus actividades deberá dar cumplimiento a las actividades de análisis, control y programación de facturas a proveedores, para su correcto pago, de acuerdo con los requisitos fiscales vigentes acorde con los lineamientos y políticas de cuentas por pagar de Pfizer global, garantizando la continuidad de las operaciones de Planta Toluca.


Rol Responsibilities:

  • Procesamiento y gestión de registro de Facturas; a través del portal de cuentas por pagar EDICOM.
  • Asegurar que el 100% de las facturas ha sido enviado a registro, y dar mantenimiento para aquéllas que tengan algún problema en el portal.
  • Soporte a Usuarios Internos y Externos.
  • Aprobación de pagos electrónicos (Manejo de Epays)
  • Proceso de cierre de mes, seguimiento a Worflows, provisiones de ordenes de compra al final del mes.
  • Responsable en la revisión de reportes de gastos, seguimiento a ordenes de compra abiertas.
  • Soporte en procesos de auditoría interna y externa.
  • Contacto con equipos Global Share Services & Genpact.
  • Control Interno SOX.

  • Organizar su propia carga de trabajo y hacer un seguimiento de los elementos pendientes.
  • Trabajo de iniciativa propia con orientación y apoyo de la dirección y compañeros Sr.
  • Identificar problemas y oportunidades de mejora y comunicarse con la gerencia.

  • Colaborar efizcamente con clientes internos y externos incluidos Shared Service Center.
  • Asegurar que las transacciones contables cumplan con las políticas de Pfizer y principios GAAP.
  • Responsable por mantener actualizados los procedimientos así como instrucciones de trabajo.
  • Manejo de consulta de políticas y procedimientos contables, informes y solicitudes de análisis.
  • Capacidad de actuar y toma de decisiones en situaciones donde no se tenga la imagen completa.

Qualifications:

Must-Have

  • Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Administración o afín.
  • 3 5 Años de experiência en posición similar.
  • Facilidad de conversación y negociación.
  • Manejo de Programa Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
  • Manejo de ERP SAP.
  • Familiarizado con portal de pagos.
  • Experiência en compañía multinacional.
  • Manejo de Idioma Inglés
  • Conversacional, Escritura y Lectura.
