In your role, you will:

  • Use manufacturing expertise to generate projects technical validation and VROMs for rec and non rec of potential transfers packages
  • Use technical manufacturing experience to oversee and unblock methods deliverables at transfers execution stage
  • Manage and deliver on time, large complex projects and activities related to major milestones for one of many existing and/or new platforms
  • Manage crossfunctional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of execution of industrialization projects
  • Leadcoordinate planning, ensuring completeness and harmonization with stakeholders
  • Enforce adherence to Bombardier practices and Knowledge Standards to promote integrity and consistency in projects activities
  • Work with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget
  • Manage and establish /methods related priorities between projects and activities, complete strategic schedule analysis, and communicate and harmonize these priorities
  • Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution
- provide visibility of budget requirement /resource allocation

  • Technical discussions crossfunctional reviews
  • Engineering degree, or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience, with 810 years in project management or aerospace;
- advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles.
- aircraft technical and/or manufacturing experience;
- experience in structural and / or systems installation process would be an asset.
- professional attitude and superior communication skills;
- excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities;
- natural leadership and pro-active attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented;
- ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environment;
- effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets;
- good computing skills; proficient in CATIA, SAP, MS Excel and MS Office, MS Project is an asset.
