Resumen del puestoEl gerente de facilities es responsable del mantenimiento e ingeniería de los servicios, fachadas, áreas comunes, oficinas, salas de juntas, áreas comunes, jardines, etc, de todas las plantas, almacenes y corporativo de MFF. Revisa y gestiona presupuestos, para el mantenimiento y la remodelación de los edificios de la corporación. Evalúa proyectos de inversión para la remodelación, reparación y mejora de la infraestructura de los edificios de la corporación.
Responsabilidades
- Desarrollo de proyectos de infraestructura en los diferentes edificios de la corporación.
- Auditar la implementación, coordinación de los programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo para el buen funcionamiento del edificio.
- Administra la implementación de cambios de infraestructura, mobiliario y sistemas en las plantas de MFF.
- Auditar los presupuestos de mantenimiento de plantas para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del edificio.
- Promover y proporcionar los recursos necesarios para mantener el buen estado de la infraestructura de las Plantas.
- Velar por los recursos para que la infraestructura de las plantas cumpla con los requisitos provistos por el Código SQF.
- Promover la mejora continua con sus colaboradores.
- Desarrollo de planes de remodelación en base a necesidades de las plantas.
Educación y requisitos
- Ingeniería.
- Ingles 70%
