Creative Designer (Jr to Mid)
Tibrio is looking for a

Creative Designer to join the Digital Experience team (DX). Reporting to the Director of Operations, the DX team is a data-driven, creative group responsible for the digital design and creative services to support our Digital Experience Team and Agency Partners.


The Creative Designer is a hybrid role that consists of 70% creative design and 10% working with our Content Management System (TXM).

In this role you will focus heavily on the end to end process from adding new products to our offerings including designing, creative advertising units for digital marketing and preparing them for media sources in various formats.

Digital ad units are mostly jpg, png and gif and video is a plus

Location:
Remote. We are based out of the Pacific Standard Timezone (PST) operating both in the United States and Latin America. This position ideally would reside anywhere in Latin America, but again working from home.

Compensation:

Responsibilities

  • Utilize product photography to creative digital advertising units
  • Generate new "themes" for different seasons
  • Edit and manipulate products and photography to match the brand
  • Design, package and distribute digital marketing ad creatives
  • Compose and scale product to fit provided layouts
  • Produce highquality digital ads in various sizes and formats
  • Seek and understand current industry trends/technologies to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition
  • Maintaining consistency across a range of products

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of UX/Design best practices
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Photoshop
  • Basic social media skills including Facebook, Instagram, Snap Chat, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Experience in CMS for product or page creation
  • Experience with task management platform like Jira, Trello
  • Ability to create GIF's or short 30 second videos (bonus)
  • Maintain high standards for creative output
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to size images and color settings for the web and social media
