\tDescriptionResponsable del establecimiento, manejo agronómico, seguimiento, polinizaciones, toma de datos, cosecha, secado, desgrane y almacenamiento de semilla de maíz . Seguimiento e involucramiento para el conocimiento del germoplasma en los viveros y la producción de semilla. Generar los documentos necesarios para el proceso de exportación e importación de semilla con otros países y movimiento interno entre centros de investigación en México.\r

  • Generar un plan de trabajo que aborde las necesidades del programa de tropico y/o otros programas en cuanto a la generacion de semilla.\r
\r
\t
  • Crear localidades y experimentos en el sistema a tiempo para poder realizar la preparación y siembra conforme al plan establecido.\r
\r
\t
  • Coordinar las labores de campo desde la preparación de terreno, siembra, manejo agronómico y coordinar las actividades de jiloteo y polinización así como la toma de datos y cosecha.\r
\r
\t
  • Responsable de la obtención de calidad y cantidad de semilla según el plan mediante manejo agronómico de alta calidad.\r
\r
\t
  • Responsable de la calidad de los datos que sean colectados en el vivero.\r
\r
\t
  • Liderear y mantener una adecuada comunicación con los mejoradores, lider de operación, personal y pares de otros centros de investigación para coordinación de las diferentes actividades.\r
\r
\t
  • Manejo postcosecha de la semilla de maíz, manejo de inventarios y proceso de exportación e importación de semilla.\r
\r
\t
  • Participar en los programas de seguridad y Sistema de calidad.\r
\r
\t
  • Seguimiento a las politicas de la empresa, cumplimiento en capacitaciones y uso adecuado de recursos.\r
\r
\tQualifications * Debera tener disponibilidad para trabajar durante algunos días feriados y/o fines de semana de requerirlo las actividades.\r
\r
\t
  • Disponibilidad para viajes de capacitaciones, o para apoyar en la colecta de datos en otras zonas, debe de ser capaz de soportar ambientes ruidosos, calientes, húmedos y polvo, estar de pie y/o caminar por largos períodos de tiempo.\r
\r
\t
  • Amplio conocimiento del cultivo del maíz e identificar las necesidades del cultivo.\r
\r
\t
  • Maestría preferentemente en fitomejoramiento o una licenciatura con experiencia equivalente.\r
\r
\t
  • Conocimientos de genética basica y diseños experimentales.\r
\r
\t
  • Uno a tres años de experiencia en actividades similares. Preferentemente ingles conversacional.\r
\r
\t
  • Conocimiento basico de maquinaria agrícola.\r
\r
\t
  • Trabajo en equipo, automotivación y administración de tiempo.\r
\r
\t
  • Interés por seguirse preparando.\r
\r
\t
  • Debe tener habilidades de comunicación, manejo perfecto de Office 365, conocimientos basicos en Power Bi, Teams, OneDrive, Smartsheet y SharePoint. Así como la resolución de problemas de manera practica.\r
