A Branch Executive is part of our frontline team to develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers. We are looking for a passionate, committed, and experienced person who is open to learning and ability to work independently. He/she is responsible for the overall store management and customer relationships. To excel in this position, you need a high level of customer service skills and a willingness to meet customers' needs quickly and politely

Job Descriptions:

Carry out daily shop operation and duties.

Respond to customer queries via telephone or email.

Receive and return customer garments.

Carry out checks on customer garments, tag and photograph them and key in details into computer.

Carry out payment transactions using payment terminal or cash transactions.

Work closely with customer service and factory to resolve customer issues.

Ensure all necessary documentation are in order and has been acknowledged.

Ensure all payments are accurate and tally with the daily sale report.

Job Requirements

GCE 'N' / 'O' / 'A' Level or relevant qualification.

Good command of English in both verbal and written communication

Confident with pleasant disposition and well groomed.

A friendly personality and great working attitude

Able to work independently

9am to 6pm OR 11am to 8pm (depending on the outlet that you are assigned) / Part-time options available

Salary SGD2200 to SGD2700 depending on experience and working days / Part-time: Paid by per hour ($9.50 to $11.00)
