Team Overview:


El equipo de Gestión de riesgos es responsable de gestionar el riesgo diversificado asociado con nuestros productos y flujos comerciales, que van desde el riesgo de pago, el riesgo de fraude, el riesgo crediticio hasta el riesgo de cumplimiento y seguridad, rastreando la prevalencia técnica líder en la industria, desarrollando una metodología innovadora y de vanguardia para abordar los nuevos desafíos que surgen del ecosistema de la economía fintech, con el fin de proteger el crecimiento sostenible y maximizar los resultados comerciales.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Localice los problemas de autorización del cliente informados por el equipo de servicio al cliente y brinde soluciones.
  • Manejo del evento de riesgo detectado y alertado en el sistema, identificar la transacción de riesgo.
  • Manejo de la cuenta de riesgo una vez ocurrido y confirmado el evento de riesgo.
  • Involucrado en la mitigación de riesgos estratégicos y tácticos para evitar pérdidas y garantizar altos níveles de servicio al cliente.
  • Trabajar con el equipo de investigación, estrategia, algoritmos y servicio al cliente para revisar manualmente y auditar los falsos positivos de las reglas de riesgo para mejorar la experiência del usuario.

Role Qualifications:

  • Hablante nativo de español.
  • Inglés es un plus (no obligatorio).
  • 1 a 4 años de experiência con al menos 1 año de experiência en la industria de gestión de riesgos, con experiência en gestión de riesgos de transacciones con tarjetas de crédito o detección de fraude.
  • Experiência en trabajar de forma autónoma y priorizando múltiples objetivos. Alguien que sea capaz de diseñar estrategias de gestión de riesgos y generar ideas que puedan servir como recomendaciones para otros equipos.
- ** Acepta un horario flexible: lunes a domingo con dos dias de descanso, uno entre semana y el otro en fin de semana siendo o viernes
